AGM

Nominet’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a yearly gathering of members to vote on resolutions, elect board members, and learn about our organisation’s activities. 

Nominet’s AGM will take place on Wednesday 22nd October 2025.

We have four-member elected directors on our board, each serving a three-year term. This year, members will be asked to nominate and elect one director. The below table provides an overview of key dates in this year’s non-executive director (NED) election.
