Nominet Internet Safety Programme

As part of Nominet’s wider public benefit work, we will soon be calling for proposals to our Internet Safety Programme. We are holding a webinar to introduce this call, share the research that informed it, and explain how organisations can apply.

Who is this for?

This webinar is for non-profit organisations with expertise in children and young people’s online safety, and for organisations that build, operate, influence or set standards impacting how the internet works. We will be looking for joint proposals from organisations across these communities, to work together earlier and more productively to avoid online harms. If you represent one of these organisations and are keen to explore the potential for this sort of collaboration, this webinar is for you.

What you’ll get from this webinar

You’ll hear about the research that shaped this call for proposals, and we’ll also brief you on the sorts of initiatives we are keen to fund and how the application process will work. It will be useful if you are interested in leading a proposal or joining a partnership which is submitting a proposal.

We recognise that we’re inviting collaboration across communities that may not already work together. To support this collaboration, after the webinar we’ll share an attendees list. You can choose below if you would like to be included on this list, and how much information you’d like to share.
