On 26 May we announced our call for nominations for a member-elected Non-Exec Director to join our board.
We’re in an unusual position this year, with only one candidate to put to the members. In order to maintain the published election process, we will still run the vote albeit with only one candidate.
This candidate is:

This year, two candidates were nominated by members. One completed the process, but after initial dialogue with the second candidate we were unable to reach them to complete the process.
This situation has brought attention to our current election bye law, which does not specify what should happen in the event of these unusual outcomes. The Board plans to review this following the completion of this year’s voting cycle and would consult with members if any changes are proposed.
