What is the process once I've submitted my application?

For the majority of roles you’ll experience an interview with one of our Talent Acquisition Team, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. Depending on the role, there may also be technical tests or a follow-up interview with a senior member of the department.

Do you offer hybrid/flexible working?

Yes, if you’re flexible, then so are we. We ask employees to spend a minimum of 20% of their time in the office. This may vary week to week, depending on individual teams and their requirements, but we encourage colleagues to have a good work life balance. We’re also happy to discuss formal and informal working arrangements that work for you.

We also finish early on Fridays – bringing you that little bit closer to the weekend, sooner.
